Start Point Location: Anston Parish Hall Car Park OS Explorer map 279 (Doncaster South Sheet) Grid Ref: SK 522843 Map. Directions: North Anston is 3 miles from M1 Junc 31. Exit Junc 31 take A57 Worksop road, go straight ahead at the first set of traffic lights. Enter Anston and go left at the traffic lights (signposted North Anston/Butterfly House) go under the railway bridge and after 100yds turn right at the parish Hall sign and bear left into the car park at the rear
Notes: A shorter, fairly easy walk through ancient limestone woodland and back along the canal tow path. It could be muddy in places. Optional Pub visit at the end. (please note later start time)

Saturday 11th February: A Walk of Three Dales!
Distance: 11.5 Miles Ascent: 1750 feet Grade: B1

Route: From Youlgrave follow Bradford Dale for a mile or so then a gentle climb on to hills above Middleton. Following the Limestone Way over fields until dropping down and climbing back out of Cales Dale. Then farmland and open pastures until Monyash where there may be a possible cafe/pub stop. Then returning to Youlgrave by following the beautiful Lathkill Dale to Alport.
Start Point Location: Free car park in Youlgrave near Bakewell (western end of the village). This car park fills quickly but there may be road parking in Youlgrave village with care. Grid Reference: SK 205641 Map
Notes: The route is generally on established paths and tracks but can and muddy or slippery in places if wet. Route may vary depending on weather conditions. Toilets at the start. Refreshments in Youlgrave at the end and possibly in Monyash.

The terrain is the usual Peak District paths (i.e. muddy and slippery) and tracks with a couple of steep descents

Route: A walk around the woods, moors, reservoirs and countryside pastures on the western edge of Sheffield.

Notes: Car park is through gap in wall on the left just past the Sportsman Pub (opposite house on right and before the wood) as you head along Redmires Road from Lodge Moor to Redmires reservoir. Go under height restriction across entrance, passing recycling point. Please do not park in the Sportsman car park.
There are steep ascents and descents. The ground is rough and can be muddy or very boggy in places. Route may vary depending on weather conditions. No toilets at start of the walk and no facilities on walk itself. Refreshments available at the end of the walk at Sportsman Pub. Dogs welcome on short leads parts of the walk are across Access land so leads essential. Please me know beforehand if you are wanting to bring a dog.

Route: We will walk through the village of Brassington and through old mining areas to Carsington. Here we ascend to the top of Carsington Pasture which has good views to the south and over Carsington Reservoir. We will then follow the High Peak trail and footpaths to Ballidon. Then south to Bradbourne and its early church. Finally back through field paths to the Miners Arms and finally the cars.
