We walk across the A57, a good easy walk along Long Lane (allowing time for good catch up chats) and then back onto Stanage edge. Return to Hathersage via North Lees and the very pretty Bronte Cottage. |

| Additional Information | Please text earlier rather than later to ensure optimum planning by leaders The route has a couple of relatively steep ascents, it is mixed between gentle strolls up and down the valleys and distance, easy walking in the higher ground with some fantastic views. Recommended only for experienced B2/C2 walkers. The route also may be boggy in places if we have had recent rain. There are public toilets at the start and later in the route. Please ensure you are ready booted and equipped to start walking at the specified time. Walk Leaders will not wait. |
