Date 10/09/2016
Start Time 10:00 am
Walk Name Hope to Ward's Piece Hollins Cross and Edale End (Nationwide Walking Festival Week)
Description A varied walk with some lovely views on a good day. After climbing Lose Hill we follow part of the great ridge down Back Tor to Hollins Cross before heading across to the other side of the Edale valley. From here we contour around the base of Nether Moor to Edale End and then back around the foot of Lose Hill to Hope

Hope - Lose Hill - Back Tor - Hollins Cross - Ollerbrook Booth - Rowland Cote - Jaggers Clough - Edale End - Hope.

A couple of steep ascents and descents particularly at the start but worth the effort for the views. The ground can be rough, muddy and slippery in places, particularly if wet. The vegetation may be high in places particularly where paths are not well used. Note: Route may vary depending on weather conditions.

Please check website/message board (http://s40wg.proboards.com/) for booking status and any late changes due to conditions.
