| Description | Route: From the car park we head down the lane and onto the Tissington Trail till just after the cafe. Then it's across to Wibben Hill (trig) for a coffee stop then a short bit of lane walking to Lea Cottage Farm ( we'll be greeted by a daft dog). We then head over the valley and up to Kniveton Village. Then it's across fields to Madge Hill (trig) for lunch. Then we are heading back via Green Farm, Rowfield Farm & Fenny Bentley Village. Then it's back to Thorpe and the Old Dog Inn for refreshments :-) |

| Start Point Details | Free car park at Narlows Lane, Thorpe, near The Old Dog public house. From A515 (Buxton-Ashbourne), turn right at Tissington Gates onto lane signposted Thorpe, Ilam & Dovedale follow this around to Narlows Lane. Ignore P sign to the left just before right hand bend. Car park is on right after the sharp right hand bend (before T junction with The Old Dog opposite) |
