For those who just coming for the walk then please text by 6PM the evening before (or sooner) I found this walk in a Ramblers Magazine. An attractive feature of the Yorkshire Wolds is their characteristic dry valleys. The most northerly chalk outcrop in Britain. Rolling chalk hills and big skies, reminiscent of work by David Hockney who painted at nearby Warter. Dogs - Yes but will need to be on lead in appropriate places. |
