First we will drop into Derwent Valley, walking alongside the River Derwent before reaching Curbar and climbing to the top of Curbar Edge. We will then take in stunning views along both Curbar Edge and Froggatt Edge as we make our way back to the starting point. |

| Additional Information | This is a joint walk with Decathlon Sheffield and Matthew Kraus (mobile: 07837006720) will be the walk leader for the day, please support this joint event and help make a great day out. If you would like to opt for the bus option then we'll meet at Decathlon Sheffield from 9am, leaving no later than 09.30am by bus transport that will be provided by Decathlon. We will arrive at Hay Wood National Trust car park at 10am. There will then be a quick introduction and workshop to make sure everyone is comfortable with the route and ready to go before starting the hike at approximately 10.30am. Children must be accompanied by adults and should stick to the wide paths along the edges as there is a sheer drop over the cliffs. Please can I ask that you and your members use the Decathlon sign up sheet for the hike? The link below contains the sign up sheet and all of the details of the hike.
