| Description | A varied walk through the meadows and moors around Hathersage. From Hathersage we walk towards Bole Hill wood before heading to North Lees Hall. Walking on access land we follow the path to Car head rocks and past Mitchell farm before returning to Hathersage. An undulating walk with some short climbs and descents but great views depending on weather. The ground can be rough, muddy and slippery in places, particularly if wet. Whilst the walk affords fine views, conditions can change quickly and our path can be exposed so please wear/carry suitable clothing for all conditions. |
