Walk Name Grindleford to Dore - Linear
Description We will get the 10.23 train to Grindleford. (People CAN join us by getting the train from Sheffield station, and/or when we get out at Grindleford, but the walk will end at Dore and you will need to find your own transport back.)

From Grindleford we will go up Padley Gorge, along Burbage rocks where we will have coffee/first lunch. We then take a right to join the Houndkirk Road, down to Ringinglow, and swing down the Limb valley. We will have lunch at Whirlow Hall (no, in the gardens, we won't be having a wedding lunch!) and then head through Ecclesall Woods back to Dore.

Additional Information Anyone not joining us at Dore Station please specify when you sign up. Because we are getting the train there is no option to wait for people who are late.

The cost of the train ticket is £2.70. You can purchase this with a card from the machine, or from the driver with cash.
There is no toilet at Dore station but you can use Grindleford Café when we get to Grindleford if you want, though they seek a donation from those using the toilets and not purchasing.
