| Description | The walk is a circuit of the hills between the Drone Valley and Moss Valley and gives great views of both. It is mainly on the high ground and on good paths. From Apperknowle we drop down to Unstone and the Drone river and then head up to the masts where there will be some good views over the Drone valley. We then walk on to Middle Handley and Marsh Lane and Troway for views over the Moss valley, before returning to Apperknowle via the airstrip for a last view of the Drone valley, hopefully into the setting sun |
