| Description | Starting from the Car Park at Fairholmes, walk along the service road to Abbey Brook followed by Howden Dean to the very steep sided part of Abbey brook. Where we meet the footpath called Cartledge Stones Ridge. From here we follow Derwent Edge passing the iconic Salt Cellar boulder and Wheel Stones. From here we take the path down to Dovestone Clough eventually descending to service road and back to Fairholmes Car Park. |
