| Description | Initially we head towards Foolow then Housley, we climb on to Longstone Moor and then down to Longstone Edge. We then pass Deep Rake before descending down to the River Derwent at Calver. Then we follow the river to Frogatt and then climb the hill to the closed road that leads to Eyam and a well earned pint. |

Please note the back road sometimes used as a short-cut from Grindleford to Eyam (B6521 New Road) is still closed owing to subsidence so plan your journey accordingly (eg via Calver Sough) |
