| Description | From the carpark we walk up the East track of the Derwent Dam and ascend to Howden Edge via Hey Bank and Nether Hey. We cross to Featherbed Moss then over open moorland to Cartledge Brook. Walk South (ish) on Cartledge Stones Ridge pathway, Back Tor, Lost Lad and return via Green Sitches and Hollin Clough. The route is rough underfoot over the moorland and could be boggy. |
