Description Walk down three very tranquil limestone dales- (Pikehall Dale, Gratton Dale and Long Dale) in the White Peak, linked by paths and tracks through beautiful secluded scenery. The walk through these dales finishes with a stretch of the High Peak Trail, a route planned as a canal, built as a railway. There are no steep hills but only moderate and short inclines during this walk.

Start Point Minninglow car park.
Start Point Details By road, the Peak Park car park and picnic area at Minninglow is 1 Km south of the A5012 road at Pikehall, 13km West of Cromford or 3km east along the A5012 from Newhaven on the A515 between Ashbourne and Buxton. There’s a hedge-hidden brown picnic sign and a road sign for Parwich here. To find the car park turn left after the railway arch .
