| Description | Meet at Forge Dam cafe at 10.00. am walk up to the top of the Porter Valley and over the fields to Ox Stones . From there onto Burbage Edge and across to Stanage Edge . Along to the Shepherds and down to the Conduit. Around Redmires Reservoirs and back to Lodge Moor. (Could stop off at the 3 Merry Lads for sustenance ) Back from Lodge Moor to Forge Dam. Not sure of the distance but I would expect it to be about 9 miles. |
