| Description | We start from the insomnia café located at Carver Crossroads and cross the road onto the A623 and up Coombs Dale Lane then cross muddy fields to the top end of Stoney Middleton. Cross the road by the Toll Bar Fish n Chip shop and head up the lane and into Eyam. Next are the Riley Graves and head for New Road (closed road) and walk down the road to Goatscliff and the top end of Grindleford, then the community café for lunch. Hay Wood next the only main climb of the day. Pick up Froggatt Edge and then the path under Curbar Edge and walk into Curbar and track across the New Bridge and up and over Hare Knoll and back to Carver crossroads. Sign up early for a great day out |
