| Description | From the car park we follow various tracks to White Hall centre. We ascend the moor and make our way round to Castle Naze hill fort. Cira 800 BC. We follow the plateau all the way round. If weather good great views. Interesting "gorge crossing". Return the way we came up. This is a private moor and the landowner does not permit dogs on the moor. In past some of the paths have become very overgrown. |
