| Description | From Tideswell we will walk down Tideswell Dale to Litton Mill, cross over the Monsal Trail and climb up to High Dale. Then along to Monsal Dale dropping down to the viaduct and climbing up to Monsal Head. Then through Little Longstone, up Moor Lane onto Longstone Moor to Wardlow, Tansley Dale to Litton and back to Tideswell. The walk has 2 good ascents, the route is mainly on good paths through fields, woodland and open country, typical limestone scenery. |
