| Description | We start off by walking past the old Needle factory before a climb up to Geer Green School site, its down the hill and back up again to North Lees Hall (heritage open day) where we will have a nosey round before a climb onto Stanage Edge. Down past Carrhead rocks and Moorseats before a visit to the Church yard to spot Eyre family graves. If you're interested in some of the history regarding Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre around Hathersage, then this walk is for you. Note that we will not be walking consistently |

| Start Point Details | Bus shelter by the public toilets on main road (A6187) in Hathersage. Parking can be tricky in Hathersage. Station Approach has a few spaces and Dore Lane (going down to the viaduct) is usually good. Failing that, you can usually park in Outseats on Jagger's Lane.
