| Description | We visit Fox Hagg Reserve, walk behind Hallamshire Golf course to Rivelin Dams and back through Rivelin valley. We walk in silence for the first 20 mins. During this time, there will be an invitation to focus on different things (active meditation). The idea is that one walks with full awareness attempting to keep in the present moment. After this time, share our experiences if we feel like, catch up and natter as we normally do. |
